Sharon has spent the past 20 years in the investment and financial planning field and is currently an Investment Advisor Representative through SII in Appleton, WI. 

Committed to helping clients take control of their finances by understanding more, she has served to bridge the gap between clients seeking assistance and planners who want to assist them in understanding all the issues.  She spent four years teaching financial courses at Waukesha County Technical College as part of the teaching curriculum for the Certified Financial Planning Certification and was integral in the development of the on-line courses for financial planners.  In addition, she spent over 10 years teaching adult education at Waukesha County Technical College, Marquette University, Alverno College, Cardinal Stritch College and Concordia University.

Believing that money isn't the cornerstone of a happy life, Sharon has a unique approach to the planning process which encompasses not only the basics of financial planning and management but all aspects of life planning as well.  Her 30 years of focus on communications and understanding human psychology provides a uniquely satisfying financial and life-planning experience.  Until recently Sharon shared this perspective in her weekly investment show on Milwaukee's WISN for seven years helping callers sort out the myriad conundrums presented by our financial world.

An avid patriot, Sharon is also a Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Army Reserve recently completing her 32nd year of service to our great nation.  Her current assignment as advisor to the General of the 85th Division Support Command in Arlington Heights, Illinois, takes her to units in California, Washington, Colorado, Oklahoma and Texas.

Sharon serves as an Arbitrator for FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Association) the regulatory body that oversees her peers in the investment industry.  Trained in mediation and facilitation, she is passionate about the necessity of communication, fairness and transparency in the industry.

When not involved in planning, analysis and client service work or military service, she trains and rehabilitates rescue animals through her Home At Last Pet Rescue and Rooming non-profit organization founded in 2008.

She is dedicated to helping clients live well and accomplishing their financial goals.
