With 28 years in the investment and financial planning field, Cindy is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, and an Investment Advisory Representative with SII Investments, and the President of Storm Fischer Investment Group, an independent financial planning and investment management firm, providing advice to individuals and couples, trusts, and foundations.

Cindy has written for and been published in the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, and the Business Journal. She has been featured on WTMJ's "Ask the Experts" and TV 12's " Milwaukee's Talking".  For over 17 years Cindy hosted an hour long call in financial radio show, first on Milwaukee's WISN, and later on WTMJ radio, answering callers questions on all things financial.

Cindy has taught adult education on a regular basis in the last 15 years on financial topics at Waukesha County Technical College, Cardinal Stritch College, and Concordia University.  She is also the President of the Financial Planning Advisory Committee at Waukesha County Technical College, which advises the school on the cirriculum for that program.

Speaking to such diverse groups as Miller Brewing, the IRS, Navistar, the American Association of University Women, and the FBI, Cindy has helped hundreds of people expand their knowledge to make smarter financial decisions. 

Cindy is a member of the FPA, the Financial Planning Association, and is licensed through the Certified Financial Planning Board of Standards. She also serves as an Arbitrator for FINRA, the Financial Industry Regulatory Association, which serves to oversee her peers in the investment industry.

Cindy is registered for her clients in 14 states in addition to Wisconsin, and also has clients overseas.

Her clients and their financial well being are not only her business, but her passion as well!
